Fun, weird little toy

The teethers among our fosters seem to really like this toy. I think it has the right amount of give for them as they work to get their new teeth to break through the gums. I call it a "weird" little toy in the headline because it's unlike any other toy we've gotten over the years. Small but not too small, tapers off at the ends so dogs of various sizes can enjoy. Just unusual!

A toy that can be stuffed with food then easily cleaned!

Our dogs love Kongs, especially if they're stuffed with food and sealed with peanut butter and thrown in the fridge to freeze for a few hours. However because of their design, Kongs never get truly clean even when thrown in a dishwasher. There's always some food and treat residue inside which gets pretty nasty.

The Ubbe offers a use case similar to that of a Kong. But unlike a Kong, it comes apart and can be washed thoroughly by hand or dishwasher. I don't know why Kong hasn't figured that out and I hope the makers of Ubbe have a patent pending because this is a seriously smart design.

Very good toy for medium chewers

This is a good puzzle toy. It is very easy to open and stuff with soft treats or food and it freezes well. Also very easy to clean, which is a big plus. I like that the packaging is recyclable/compostable.
My only concerns are that it is a fairly soft plastic so would not be appropriate for a hard chewer- it could be opened or chewed apart by a really determined dog. It is also sized well for a medium sized dog, and really is too small for my giant dogs. I wish that it came in a larger size, but is still ok even for my big guys with supervision.
