30-Day Free U.S. Returns

We accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery.

For eligible U.S. returns, UP DOG will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost. Returned products must be clean and in their original condition. A brief indoor fit check is fine.

To start a return or harness size exchange, email info@updogshop.com with your order number and the item you would like to return.

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow your bank or credit-card provider additional time to process the refund.

International orders may be returned within 30 days of delivery, but international return shipping is not covered.

If your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us and we’ll make it right.
