Refund policy

IT'S OKAY TO CHANGE YOUR MIND

You can return your items for a full refund up to 30 days after your purchase date with a receipt or proof of purchase.  

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.


To return your product:


1) Send us an email - info@updogshop.com
2) You will be asked to provide a receipt or proof of purchase
3) Mail your product per the email instruction
4) Once product is received & inspected, and refund is approved, your purchase will be refunded
